Sen. Lindsey Graham: I'm in charge of the International Affairs Budget, and we're gonna fully fund it

Jan. 17, 2018—During a discussion at the American Enterprise Institute earlier today, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), chair of the State-Foreign Ops appropriations subcommittee, stated his confidence that funding for America's development and diplomacy programs would be fully restored despite requested cuts from the Administration of more than 30% for fiscal year 2018. “[W]ithout soft power, we’re doomed to lose," Sen.
