NPCA is Advocating for YOU!
2023 marks the beginning of the new, 118th Congress. It also marked National Peace Corps Association’s return to Capitol Hill for an in-person advocacy day. 120 members of our community from around the country were with us in Washington, D.C. on Thursday, March 9th to advocate for supporting the Peace Corps as volunteers returned to service!
The return to Capitol Hill to mark our 19th annual National Days of Advocacy in Support of the Peace Corps was just the beginning. Throughout August and September, supporters of the Peace Corps are being recruited to conduct local activities to promote the return of volunteers to service, and advance policies to support the new generation of volunteers. Learn more here, and use this link to register your August/September local advocacy district office meeting or other activity.
Visit our action center to write members of Congress and urge them to support the Peace Corps.
